Nice quality, I usually wear X large, depending on how a shirt is made. Ordered X it fits nicely, not clingy at all.
For size reference I'm 5'6", athletic build, 165 lbs, I lift weights and some shirts are too tight in the arms or shoulders but this was not, it fit great for my arms.
